What is included?

The order includes laser-cut decorative pieces in the selected size and material, hanging cord where shown, complimentary design adjustment, digital proof approval and standard UAE delivery.

How ordering works

1. Select the overall size and material.
2. Submit the required name, colour or personalization details where applicable.
3. Our design team prepares or adjusts the artwork.
4. You receive a digital proof for approval.
5. Production begins after approval, followed by standard UAE delivery.

Production and installation

Standard production is normally 4–5 working days after final proof approval. Working days are Monday to Saturday; Sundays and UAE public holidays are excluded. Approvals received after 12:00 noon are treated as the next working day.

Installation is not included. Mounting method depends on the design, wall type, selected material and overall size. Use suitable hooks, spacers, screws or professional-grade mounting tape and confirm wall suitability before installation.

Important: Acrylic colour options can include solid or mirror-style finishes where available. Exact colour tone and reflective appearance may vary slightly. 5% UAE VAT is added at checkout.
