Custom and personalised orders

Once final artwork is approved and production has started, custom-made or personalised products normally cannot be returned or refunded simply because the customer changes their mind.

Printing or manufacturing issues

If an item arrives damaged, materially defective, or different from the approved specification because of a production error, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a reprint, replacement or other suitable resolution.

Approved artwork

Please review spelling, dates, names, colours, quantities, dimensions and layout carefully before approval. Customer-approved artwork errors are not treated as production defects.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE consumer law.
