Provide names, wording, event date, colours, logo files and reference artwork when ordering or when our team contacts you.
2. Review the proof
We prepare a design proof for review. Check spelling, names, dates, sizes, layout and any bilingual text carefully.
3. Revise and approve
Up to 3 complimentary revision rounds are included. Additional revision rounds may be charged at AED 50 per round where extra design work is required.
4. Final approval and production
Production begins after final approval. Changes after approval are not guaranteed. If production has already started, a remake or reprint may be chargeable and the delivery timeline may restart.
File quality
You can upload JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF artwork directly on the product page, or share a Google Drive/Dropbox link. We can also create the design from scratch based on your theme, wording and references. Large AI, EPS or PSD files should be shared through a cloud link.
