Orders and specifications

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product, size, quantity, material and delivery details. Where a product is personalised, the customer must provide accurate names, wording, dates and event information.

Complimentary design and artwork approval

Party Printers can create a design from scratch, adapt a design from our website, or work from customer references. Up to 3 complimentary revision rounds are included before final approval. Printing starts only after final artwork approval. Approval confirms acceptance of the visible design, spelling, layout and supplied information. Reasonable colour variation can occur between screens, proof previews and printed materials.

Customer-supplied content

By supplying logos, photographs, artwork or other content, the customer confirms that they have permission to use that material for the requested printing.

Production and delivery

Production and delivery timelines begin after final artwork approval. Free standard UAE delivery is normally 4–6 working days after approval. Express delivery is available for AED 150 plus applicable VAT and is normally 2–3 working days after approval. Sundays are excluded from production timing, and approvals after the daily cutoff may count from the next working day.

Website information

We aim to keep product information, pricing and availability accurate. If an obvious pricing, technical or listing error occurs, we may contact the customer before production to agree the correct order details.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.
