- Standard delivery — FREE: 4–6 working days after final design approval.
- Express Delivery — AED 150 + VAT: 2–3 working days after final design approval.
- Working days are Monday to Saturday. Sunday is excluded from production timing.
- Approvals received after the daily cutoff may count from the next working day.
Delivery address
Please provide a complete UAE delivery address and reachable phone number. Re-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may create an additional charge.
Event deadlines
For an urgent event date, contact us before ordering so production and delivery availability can be checked. Courier or access delays outside our reasonable control can affect delivery timing.
