Cancellation Policy

Before artwork approval

Cancellation or major order changes may be possible before final artwork approval and before production starts. Contact us immediately so we can check the order status.

After artwork approval

Once final artwork has been approved or production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because materials and production capacity have been committed to a custom order.

Urgent orders

Express or urgent orders may enter production quickly, which can reduce or remove the available cancellation window.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.
