About our Cups
Choose printed cups or tumbler designs to coordinate with your celebration. Check the actual cup or tumbler type, capacity, material and pack quantity on the selected product. A design image does not establish an eight-piece set. Lids, straws, drinks and other table accessories are included only when listed. Made to order. Production and the standard 4–6 working-day delivery timeline begin after final artwork approval. Listed prices include VAT and free standard UAE delivery. Confirm any missing specifications and your event date before ordering.

Can you match this to the rest of my party theme?+
Yes. Tell us your theme, colours and names, or send a reference, and we design every piece in the same style at no extra design cost. To build a matching set, start from our event packages.
Can I order a larger quantity?+
Yes. Choose the quantity on this page, or for several products or large quantities, request a multi-product quote and we will prepare it for you.
How long will my order take?+
Standard delivery is free anywhere in the UAE and takes 4–6 working days after you approve the final artwork. Express delivery costs AED 150 + VAT and takes 2–3 working days after approval. Working days are Monday to Saturday; approvals received after 12:00 noon count from the next working day.
Is the design included in the price?+
Yes. Design is complimentary. Choose a design from our website, send a reference, or ask us to create something new. Up to 3 revision rounds are included before you approve; extra rounds that need substantial new design work are AED 50 each.
Will I see the design before you print it?+
Always. We send a proof first and print only after you approve it. Please check spelling, names, dates, sizes and colours carefully, because production starts from the version you approve.
How do I send my names, wording or artwork?+
Use the personalisation box on the product page for names, age, wording, colours and event date. You can upload JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF files, or share a Google Drive or Dropbox link. Large AI, EPS or PSD files should be sent as a cloud link.
Do you deliver to my emirate?+
Yes. We deliver across all seven emirates — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, including Al Ain. Store pickup is not available.
How can I pay?+
Pay online at checkout using the methods shown there; bank transfer can be arranged with our team. Cash on delivery is not offered. VAT is shown before you complete checkout.
