Delivery

Free standard UAE delivery is normally 4–6 working days after final artwork approval. Express service may be available where shown.

How ordering works

1. Select the required number of sets.
2. Complete checkout and provide the names, age, wording, colours and theme instructions.
3. Our design team prepares or adjusts the artwork.
4. You receive a digital proof for approval.
5. Production and assembly begin after approval, followed by standard UAE delivery.

Production and delivery

Standard completion is normally 4–5 working days after final digital proof approval. Working days are Monday to Saturday; Sundays and UAE public holidays are excluded. Approvals received after 12:00 noon are treated as the next working day.

Important: The product includes personalized sleeves and coordinated disposable cutlery. Plates, cups, napkins, food, balloons, table decorations and venue styling are not included unless quoted separately. Exact utensil shape and colour may vary slightly according to supplier availability while maintaining the approved coordinated appearance. 5% UAE VAT is added at checkout.
