Artwork and production

This is a made-to-order product. Submit your wording, names or artwork; Party Printers prepares or checks the design and sends a digital proof. Production starts only after final approval.

Important exclusions

Staged balloons, flowers, furniture, food, bottles, cutlery, straws, ropes, stands, installation equipment and other props are excluded unless specifically listed as included.

Delivery

Free standard UAE delivery is normally 4–6 working days after final artwork approval. Express service may be available where shown.

Sizes and quantities

Standard rectangular tags are approximately 5 × 9 cm. Round designs are normally approximately 6 cm diameter. The final dimensions, orientation and shape are adjusted proportionally to suit the artwork.

Premium 350 gsm card, full-colour single-sided high-resolution printing and a smooth matte finish.

Personalisation

Name, date, age, event wording, colours, message and theme details; logo or photograph where suitable. Sample names and wording shown in preview artwork are replaced with the customer-approved information.

How ordering works

1. Select the required quantity.
2. Complete checkout and provide the name, date, wording, colours or theme instructions.
3. Our design team prepares or adjusts the artwork.
4. You receive a digital proof for approval.
5. Production starts after final approval, followed by complimentary standard UAE delivery.

Production and delivery

Standard production and delivery are normally completed within 4–6 working days after final artwork approval. Working days are Monday to Saturday; Sundays and UAE public holidays are excluded. Approvals received after 12:00 noon are treated as the next working day.

Important: Balloon tags only are included. Balloons, ribbon, string, favour bags, gifts, table decorations and event styling are not included unless quoted separately. 5% UAE VAT is added at checkout.
