Questions about this product
Quick answers about design, delivery and ordering.
When should I order for UAE National Day?+
As early as possible. Delivery timing starts after you approve the artwork, and late November is our busiest period. If your date is close, choose Express (2–3 working days after approval) and WhatsApp us before ordering so we can confirm.
Can my school or office order several items in one design?+
Yes. Our UAE packages bundle matching backdrops, welcome boards, selfie frames and table items, or you can request a multi-product quote for your full list.
How long will my order take?+
Standard delivery is free anywhere in the UAE and takes 4–6 working days after you approve the final artwork. Express delivery costs AED 150 + VAT and takes 2–3 working days after approval. Working days are Monday to Saturday; approvals received after 12:00 noon count from the next working day.
Is the design included in the price?+
Yes. Design is complimentary. Choose a design from our website, send a reference, or ask us to create something new. Up to 3 revision rounds are included before you approve; extra rounds that need substantial new design work are AED 50 each.
Will I see the design before you print it?+
Always. We send a proof first and print only after you approve it. Please check spelling, names, dates, sizes and colours carefully, because production starts from the version you approve.
How do I send my names, wording or artwork?+
Use the personalisation box on the product page for names, age, wording, colours and event date. You can upload JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF files, or share a Google Drive or Dropbox link. Large AI, EPS or PSD files should be sent as a cloud link.
Do you deliver to my emirate?+
Yes. We deliver across all seven emirates — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, including Al Ain. Store pickup is not available.
How can I pay?+
Pay online at checkout using the methods shown there; bank transfer can be arranged with our team. Cash on delivery is not offered. VAT is shown before you complete checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?+
Changes or cancellation may be possible before you approve the final artwork and before production starts — message us as early as possible. Once artwork is approved and production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because the item is made for you.
What if my item arrives damaged or printed incorrectly?+
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. If the problem is a production error or damage, we will arrange a reprint, replacement or another suitable resolution. Errors in artwork you approved are not treated as production defects.
